Castelli in Aria
Our wine par-excellence, Castelli in Aria is a blend of Sangiovese at 50%, Merlot at 35% and Cabernet Sauvignon at 15%. Those grape grew at 100 meters over the sea level and the Castelli in Aria’s production zone is Suvereto.
It’s colour is a good intensity ruby red.
The scent is fruity, with pleasant spicy sensations.
The taste is vivid and harmonious, full-bodied and characterized by a texture of long and soft tannins, with a long persistence.
